Are these bedbug nymphs?

My apartment was chemically treated for an early stage infestation in late December. The pest control company came back one week ago, sprayed again, and said there was zero evidence that any had survived the original treatment.

Today, while unpacking and inspecting, I found what looks like three bedbug nymphs on a package of baby wipes (costco/Kirkland brand). In the process of re-quarantining my things I found a package of baby wipes that had been at the bottom of my closet for months now in an uncovered plastic bin (the closet was sprayed and I removed clothes, but I was told it was fine to leave the plastic bins there). There were upwards of ten on this package. There’s no evidence anywhere else either in the room or closet.

I’ve attached a photo and video (filmed through a ziploc bag)

Are these infact bedbugs, and if not do you have any idea what they might be?

Hello, and welcome to our forum. While I’m not sure exactly what species that is, I’m 100% confident that it’s not a bed bug. Best of luck with your ID and treatment.
